We are often so busy moving from one thing to the next, distracting our minds with TV, phones, music, books, and socializing, that we rarely sit in silence. Our inner guidance comes in those quiet times. The stillness holds the wisdom we seek.
I allow each session to unfold organically, led by presence, intuition, and what is needed in the moment. This work isn’t about pushing toward a goal. It’s about creating a space where truth can emerge naturally, without force or expectation.
You might come with questions, or simply the feeling that something within you wants to be seen. We begin where you are and let the session unfold as it needs to be.
Depending on what arises, your session may include silence, intuitive reflection, awareness in the body, or creative expression. Each pathway offers a different way to access what’s underneath the surface, beyond the thinking mind, and into the deeper intelligence of your being.
Ways We May Explore
At times, words may come — not from a plan, but from presence. Intuitive guidance might take the form of a reflection, a gentle question, or a truth that wants to be seen. It’s not about advice or answers, but about tuning into the deeper wisdom already within you. We listen together for what wants to be revealed.
The body holds what the mind often can’t express. Through gentle attention to sensation, breath, or emotional energy, we create space for old patterns and stored feelings to be acknowledged and released. Somatic work is not dramatic or forceful — it’s about being with the body in a respectful, compassionate way, allowing healing to happen naturally.
Sometimes what can’t be spoken needs another way to come through. Journaling, drawing, intuitive movement, or simple creative exercises can open a deeper dialogue with your inner world. No artistic skill is needed. This is not about creating something “good” — it’s about letting something true move through you.
Other times, the most healing thing is simply being together in stillness. Silence creates space. It allows what’s been buried or avoided to gently surface. In a silent session, there’s no need to explain, perform, or figure anything out. We sit together in presence, allowing your system to settle and your own inner knowing to rise.
